New pop up dinner series by soydivision, celebrating the richness of archipelago culinary and the essence of eating-sharing together (makan tengah)! With the 3 courses set contains 15 different kind of dishes
it’ll be  a festive array of color, degrees of spiciness, and spectrum of textures!


This upcoming Saturday 17.10 we will kick off the second edition of MATÊNG featuring this debut menu :
  1. Sate tempeh (tempeh skewers)
  2. Ayam suir OR jamur suir BALI (shredded chicken/oyster mushroom)
  3. Rawon SURAKARTA (black beef OR bean soup)
  4. sayur lengko cirebon (cirebon salad with tofu)
  5. oseng buncis (stir fried green beans)
  6. sambal dabu dabu manado (sambal with lemongrass and green tomatoes)
  7. bala bala bandung (cabbage patties)
  8. sambal petai gandja (stinky beans and henf sambal)
  9. Sambal kecap (indonesian sweet soja sambal)
  10. saus kacang (homemade peanut sauce)
  11. Singkong curry (cassava chips with curry dips)
  12. Serundeng (shredded coconut curcuma)
  13. Nasi uduk betawi (aromatic steamed cocos jasmine rice)
  14. Infused water (with lemongrass and mint)
  15. Jamu beras kencur (indonesian herbal drinks)
