Soydivision present : Soy&Synth#02: Manado Teller Conspiracy, a pop-up dinner!From 8pm




After we did #rendang theme last time, we decided to go with #manado theme for this ☝🏽 edition! Manado is the capital of Sulawesi island-Indonesia. Manado cuisine carries by Minahasa tribe, are well-known for it‘s rich spices- exotic-and extra hot condiment (but no worries non-chilli eaters, we‘ll seperate the hot-gasmus varible as usual 🌶🌶🌶



There will be two major options for the night (Meaty and Veggie)! You can choose one that suits you, or try it both as the third mixed option!

  • WOKU : Manado´s spice mixture. Our Woku consist of ground spices paste; red ginger, turmeric, candlenut and red chili pepper, mixed with chopped shallot, scallion, tomato, lemon,  citrus leaf and turmeric leaf, lemon basil leaf and bruised lemongrass.

  • Bakwan Jagung : Sweet corn and Tofu Fritter. Minahasa-style.

  • Soja Trooper Salad: Seasonal selected vegetable mixed with our special sweet soja and peanut sauce

  • Nasi Tuning Manado: Turmeric and Lemongrass rice. Steamed with coconut milk.

  • Sambal Dabu (optional): Manado finest ultra spicy home-made sauce

ORLA-ORBA is an audio visual performance collaboration concept between Ariel William Orah (ravenative) and Nindya Nareswari. The main concept builds around their response to various speech and interview from Indonesian´s first president Soekarno and His successor after: Soeharto, focus on specific event on their controversial transition in 1965.
